Ente[0] has this feature (locally run on mobile/desktop). It marks recognized faces in your gallery and then you can search for any combination of faces.

Does it need GPU acceleration? (And if so, is it Cuda-only?) Or is CPU enough?

It appears to use dlib and thats been around for a while, last i used it was CPU only.
