Fortunately, it's stated further down. It's that Google charges for usage, while Apple is (surprisingly) free, and Google returns only one result, while Apple returns many. Google rate limits, Apple doesn't. Google requires authentication, while Apple doesn't. In response and also possibly already in their queue, Apple was apparently going to lock things down further.
